Improving outcomes for minority and women-owned businesses requires deliberate action. These businesses cannot afford to wait for policy or legislation. That’s why Synergy4WBO is leading with intentionality, directly addressing the three biggest barriers to success: lack of funding, lack of role models, and lack of marketing.

Our Mission

Through the Accelerated Mentor Program, your pledge helps us:

• Fund 25 women-owned businesses with half their program costs.
• Provide world-class mentorship and training.
• Create jobs and expand family income.
• Inspire more women to pursue entrepreneurship.
  

How Your Pledge Helps

Level I – $500/year (5 years @ $41.67/month):
Provides sustained, long-term support for mentees by funding mentorship resources and keeping businesses accountable over time.

Level II – $1,000/year (3 years @ $83.33/month):
Covers essential training, tools, and access to role models for women-owned businesses.

Level III – $1,500/year (2 years @ $62.50/month):
Funds marketing, visibility, and growth strategies that help mentees expand revenue and reach.

Level IV – $2,000/year (1 year @ $166.66/month):
Provides immediate, high-impact investment into program costs, accelerating business growth and sustainability.

• Sharing progress updates about the campaign through our quarterly newsletter.
• Providing impact stories of the 25 selected mentees.
