Norma F. Stanley is President/CEO of E.E.E. (Enlightened, Empowered and Enriched) Marketing Group, Inc., where she serves as a speaker, workshop facilitator and diversity and inclusion public relations consultant. The mother of an adult dependent daughter born with cerebral palsy, Norma’s mission is to serve as an international change agent for people with disabilities, leveraging the multimedia platforms of informational and inspirational speaking, music, media and strategic marketing communications.
As an expert in the critical area of corporate diversity and inclusion, Norma specializes in the economically powerful, but significantly underserved disability population, and combines her personal and professional experiences to educate, enlighten and empower communities around the nation and the world. An avid community servant and disability community advocate, Norma serves as Community Outreach Ministry leader for Salt and Light Truth Center in Decatur, GA., and oversees a ministry for families of children with special needs. She is also a graduate of All About Developmental Disabilities’ An award-winning public relations professional, Norma has worked with top companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Ketchum Public Relations, Arby’s Inc., General Motors, Universal Press Syndicate, etc., as either an executive or consultant.
Norma is currently the author of two books, including “An Elected Lady—Finding Victory in the Challenge (Words of Faith, Reflections and Inspiration for Mothers of Special Needs Children and Other Moms). She is also a co-author in a collaboration book, “Resistance: Fighting the Enemy Within,” released in early 2020. Her third book, “Just Do It! (Ten Tips for Avoiding the Dream Stealing Trap of Procrastination)” will be released the beginning of 2021.
Norma is also the producer/Host of the weekly Nella-Joi Nation radio show on BTalk100.com, which offers news and advocacy information about the disability community and Norma has been honored for both her professional and personal contributions from a number of organizations over the years. These include Public Relations Society of America, All Children Are Special, Inc.; They Can’t Talk But We Can and was also among a select number of honorees nationwide, who received President Barack Obama’s Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for commitment to community service for the disability community in 2016.
