Winsley Peter is a business and digital strategy leader with both management consulting and entrepreneurship experience in helping companies define and accelerate their growth strategy with a core focus on their customer and employee experience. Winsley brings in more than 15 years of international experience having worked across the US, UK, France, India, and the Middle East. He started his career as an environmental engineer and then moved on to management consulting after his MBA. During his consulting career, he has advised clients from various industries ranging from consumer goods to power utilities, and has helped them accelerate their digital agenda. Apart from consulting, he also has start-up experience, having built his own e-mobility start-up based in London and Paris. He is currently a leader with EY, a multinational professional services company based in Charlotte, NC.

Winsley has co-authored multiple publications in partnership with United Nations Global Compact and is also one of the recipients of the US President’s Award for voluntary service. Winsley holds an MBA from HEC Paris and an MS in Engineering from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Winsley is married and has two boys aged 12 and 8 and they live in Ballantyne, a suburb of Charlotte.
