Rosalind Wesley is the CEO and founder of Wesley Consultant Services (WCS) in Grovetown, GA. Since she was a little girl, her parents instilled in her the importance of service to others, being a positive influence in people’s lives, and in the community. Her goal, and that of WCS, is to ensure that every child has quality child care and development. She believes that having a balanced family life enhances a child’s emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing.
Rosalind has over 20 years of experience working across 40 Army military bases, and numerous families within the US Army Child and Youth Service (CYS) programs. In those 20+ years she has held positions stateside and overseas in Germany, at US Army Headquarters. She has served as CYS Coordinator, Child and Youth Specialist, and Director for center-based and family child care. Her knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, policies, programming, and family enrichment, and overseeing multibillion dollar budgets, has allowed her to support hundreds of child care programs in building state of the art facilities and achieving/maintaining high quality state and federal certifications as well as national accreditations.
When the military was under high alert, and families were under high threat levels, Rosalind was selected to be a subject matter expert working on family readiness, nationwide morale and welfare task forces by offering services that reduced stress, built skills and self-confidence for Soldiers and their families. She has received many accolades and recognitions for her outstanding commitment to the United States Army.
Rosalind retired knowing that her career and spiritual calling would allow her to continue serving families that were broken i.e., dysfunctional; providing opportunities for her client base to make a difference and to ensure everyone within the family feels a sense of self-worth. From this background, Wesley Consultant Services was born.
Rosalind’s passion in sustaining childcare centers, motivated by elevating the quality of service, builds staff rapport, family engagement, and enhances community relationships, while ensuring that all of their requirements are met. As a certified Life Coach, Rosalind works with schools, churches, companies and family support groups, providing courses that focus on educating all members of the family team in building and maintaining healthy relationships and raising children to be successful adults.
Rosalind attended the University of Central Missouri and earned a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics and Family Studies. She is spiritually grounded and loves to laugh and live life to the fullest! Rosalind married her high school sweetheart, a retired US Army veteran.
