A lifelong entrepreneur, April Garay is an expert in commercial construction, serving clients throughout the Greater Houston, San Antonio, & Austin areas, and lives by her company’s motto of “doing it once by doing it right.” Through her commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, Ms. Garay and RollingStone Construction, of which she is president, have continuously exceeded industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity, and reliability. At the helm of RollingStone Construction & Facility Services and since 2003, Ms. Garay has grown the company from a small residential remodeling business to a now-thriving corporation that offers commercial construction services to small and mid-size business owners and large restaurant chains. 

HUB and minority-certified, RollingStone specializes in restaurant commercial construction & constructing warehouses and metal buildings and offers turnkey commercial building projects, where business owners can find a one-stop-solution for everything construction-related, from purchasing land to hiring the entire design and construction team. Ms. Garay is also a partner in Penco Access Control, a Houston-based company that offers fence, gate and access-based commercial and residential solutions. 

Ms. Garay leads by example, stressing the importance of education and leadership development with her team. Some of her accomplishments include successful completion of the following programs: Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, JE Dunn’s Contractor Business Development Program, Dave Ramsey’s Entreleadership Seminar, and the Turner Advanced School for Project Management Program. In addition to her professional duties, Ms. Garay enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is also passionate about working to halt sex trafficking and is involved with several organizations that are dedicated to this cause.
