Shivani Gupta is a Project Management Leader with experience in delivering strategy and expertise in driving strategic decisions around operational processes and information technology solutions/ projects for government, non-profit, and fortune 500 companies. Shivani has been a speaker at many national and international conferences and has served on the Advisory Board of Florida-based educational institutions and as Chapter President for PMI South Florida. She contributed as SME for “PMIstandards+” (reference book for project managers by PMI). Shivani is an active member of the Forbes Business Council and is involved in entrepreneurial initiatives around project management. Shivani acquired multiple certifications in Project Management including PMP, CSM, SAFe, LSSBB, DASM, Agile Hybrid Project Pro, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management to name a few. She has an MBA in Operations and Marketing, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, and a Bachelor’s in Medicine (ISM). She is currently the Immediate Past President of PMI South Florida and a founding member of GAST (Global Alliance for Sustainable Tomorrow).
